Preparing Your Home prior to the Painters’ Arrival

Preparing For Exterior Painting:

• Please tell us your paint color choices as soon as you can.
• In order to avoid damaging plants and pots, remove them away from your home.
• Please inform our team where outdoor water sources are located.
• Keep all windows closed.
• We ask that you do not park your vehicles too close to your home so our team has enough room to set up for your project.

 

Preparing For Interior Painting:

• Please tell us your paint color choices as soon as you can.
• Remove all lamps from table tops.
• Move furniture away from walls – we can assist with this if necessary.
• Take down all hanging pictures and wall decorations.
• Please secure all fragile items in a safe place to avoid damages.
• Please remove all items from inside any cabinets we are painting.
• Let us know if any blinds or curtain rods are going to be re-mounted in cases we need to patch any holes.
• Please let our team know which sink and water source they can use for washing paint brushes and other gear.
• We will handle protecting the floors, furniture, etc.

 

(Note: Right Track Painting & Sealcoating uses only Zero/Low VOC paints. Latex paint dries to the touch in about an hour. Furthermore, it’s completely safe to sleep in the room after we’ve finished.)
